19th January - THE FINAL VIDEO!

OMG, cant believe the end product is finally here! After all planning and preparation it look amazing!
We screened our music video to the class with Miss Beer and Mrs Moore in the room!

Mrs Moore said - 'Beautiful,slick and professional video, with fantastic performances overall pleasure to watch!'

Miss Beer - Absolutely brilliant - could be on MTV! Characters were fantastic and you all gelled together. The clothes and attitude portrayed the image intended.....'

So here it is enjoy!!!...........

It may be a little out of sync because of the format compatible for a PC and MAC but the real version is in full sync believe me!!

12th January 2011 - LAST FILMING!

OK, so today we finally wrapped 'Bullets and Barbies' music video!! WOHOOO....
We did the final touches like bits with Pete and Solo's, so all is left now is editing for the deadline of 21st January!!
Screening on Wednesday 19th January so cant wait for feedback!

07 January 2011 - Such a productive day!

After so much procrastination, we finally filmed the crowd scene today! We used Year 10's from two media classes to take part. This was great for them to see what a Music Video shoot was like and helped us tremendously! The crowd where amazing fanatic fans, screaming and shouting at Bullets and Barbies.
So after we had done this we started edited as the deadline is increasing closer the 21st Jan! Whilst the half of the group started this, i had time to finish my digi pack! Which I'm really proud of, and although i say it myself looks great!

So now we just need to edit...here's to the 21st January! I will upload pictures soon!

Wednesday 15th December - Digi pack begins...

OK, so again the shoot didn't go to plan. Due to band members being ill, and not being able to complete the shoot. So instead we did something far more productive, we began our digi packs. I really enjoyed using Photoshop again, its so easy and fun to use. And its the only programme i know how to use! So i started playing around with my ideas, and used my plan to lay out all the panels. Here is a little preview.

 I started playing around with fonts and stuff, which i loved doing! The background i got off Google, along with the 'B' which we have used all through our campaign.
The bullets and lips, i just added because i felt it needed a little extra thing to spice it up!!
However this isn't finished, still need to complete the other four panels and the insert!





But I'm loving it so far!

So close to the end...

OK, so we have had an awful week.
Last week we were faced with snow, which lasted the entire week meaning that the school was shut!! Meaning that we couldn't film the last remaining pieces of our story board!! Then this week came and some group members were ill and i wasn't in, so we thought all going bad and not to schedule as we had planned to be finished and start editing this week. So, on Monday the half of the group started a rough edit on iMovie as final cut has not been uploaded to the new Macs yet. Looking at it today, started to get really excited for the final product. Also today we luckily got to film small easy cuts to put in, and we also continued to edit.
The schedule has been re done for Friday, that should be our last day of filming and then editing the whole thing!!
